A Delaware federal judge has awarded a sports car racing team an additional $2 million for a failed sponsorship deal with T-Mobile USA in a case that had already resulted in a $7 million judgment for the team.

The latest damages ruling, which was before the District of Delaware on remand from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit to recalculate expectation damages, awards $5 million less than VICI Racing LLC was seeking, but $2 million more than T-Mobile wanted to pay.
