Master in Chancery Abigail M. LeGrow found that settled Delaware law and the terms of an arbitration provision supported her recommendation to send a dispute over executive bonuses before a third-party arbitrator.
LeGrow, who has served on the Court of Chancery since 2011, was confirmed by the Delaware Senate on Jan. 20 to serve as judge on the state Superior Court. With her investiture set for March 18, her Feb. 4 final master’s report in TMIP Participants v. DSW Group Holdings represented one of her last, as she clears her desk ahead of the transition.
