Orexo AB on Thursday said it is appealing part of a Delaware district court decision that found a patent for its opioid-treatment drug Zubsolv was invalid.
The announcement came just one day after the Swedish pharmaceutical company and a U.S. affiliate sued Actavis Elizabeth for infringing another patent for the drug, which was not a part of the earlier lawsuit.
