Casinos operated by Indian tribes were entitled to sovereign immunity, which was not abrogated by the Bankruptcy Code, but the court needed additional information to determine whether one creditor had waived its sovereign immunity. Motion to dismiss of one of the creditors granted, and the other granted in part and denied in part as to the waiver issue.
