A U.S. district judge has refused to grant his consent for an immediate appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in a bankruptcy case involving a Texas contracting and industrial services company.
In In re Conex Holdings, U.S. District Chief Judge Leonard P. Stark of the District of Delaware said there was not enough public policy importance in the legal question for the case to proceed immediately to the appellate court.
