A bankruptcy judge has scheduled three days of arguments in April on whether to dismiss 3M’s combat earplug bankruptcy.
On Monday, U.S. Bankruptcy Chief Judge Jeffrey Graham of the Southern District of Indiana told lawyers that dismissal arguments would be April 19 and April 20, possibly extending to April 21.
