A team of attorneys from Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer; Prickett, Jones & Elliott; and Scott+Scott will lead shareholders in their massive consolidated case over Facebook’s user privacy policies, Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III has decided.

The three co-lead firms each represent one shareholder plaintiff in the case, consolidated in November, and the decision is one of two involving Facebook’s third-party access to users’ data Slights issued Tuesday, with the other determining one case bringing similar allegations should be kept separate from the consolidated action.
