The Delaware Court of Chancery granted a final award and judgment of $194.6 million in a contract dispute over the development of a smallpox vaccine.

Vice Chancellor Donald F. Parsons Jr.’s Jan. 15 order in PharmAthene v. Siga Technologies came just days after the parties offered proposed damages calculations as to what Siga Technologies Inc. would owe PharmAthene Inc. for contract expectation damages, attorney fees and costs, and pre- and post-judgment interest.
